Back in XXXX of 2020, XXXX removed the 2 bankruptcies that were reporting on my credit file due to not being to able to verify it. A letter was sent to the court asking to please provide the procedure they use to verify records with the credit bureaus, the clerk of the court replied that they do not report or verify any information to any thirds party or credit bureaus. This letter was sent to all 3 credit bureaus, XXXX removed the 2 public records but XXXX and experian did not, it is very clear the court does not report to them or any credit bureaus, so their original response stating that the item was verified was either an error or a lie. Either way their reporting requirements do not comply with the FCRa law. If XXXX removed it because they could not verify the information, how did XXXX and experian do it? Please provide the documents or information with the person you spoke to or used to verify
