Because of Corona 19 Pandemic, I have a hardship, I called my mortgage lender Bay View / Community Loan Serving and I asked for help on XX/XX/2020. I was told that I will be in the forbearance program ( attached documents ), My credit report shows 13 months Mortgage payments late beginning XX/XX/ 2020. The bank has been pushing me to get my mortgage account current and I am doing my best. None of my family members or friends have late payments on credit report while they were in the forbearance plan. I am requesting that the bank correct the 13 mortgage payments late in my credit report.
