I went to XXXX XXXX in XXXX of XXXX I obtained a lease for a XXXX XXXX XXXX, I later discovered that the mileage was incorrect, I made a complaint with XXXX XXXX and the dealership was to contact me. They did not. I attempted to purchase my third vehicle from XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX completed a full credit application and found a car however, we did not complete the sale. The same salesman said that I owed over {$4000.00} for an early termination fees, mind you I completed my lease so this is not true. They failed to try to work with me to correct their error and sell me the XXXX. This is the car I wanted, I had an approval at XXXX and my XXXX had been appraised at a higher value that XXXX had stated as the residual value. I left the dealership because they were not trying to work with me and didn't recall the issue with the lease and wrong mileage on my contract. I tried to payoff the vehicle/loan via XXXX and XXXX Finance refused to speak to XXXX to which I authorized on my loan. Now they are impacting my credit report after they refused payoff not once but twice.
