I have been paying or Equifax credit monitoring service and since XX/XX//2021 - I have been unable to pull and get a correct copy of my credit report online. When I pull a copy of my credit file - it comes up all XXXX XXXX - stating that I have no mortgage, no revolving accounts, no personal information, summary is all zero 's, and no installment accounts. I have been talking with Equifax about this issue since XXXX/XXXX/2021 and they keep telling me there is a glitch in their system and they will escalate it and it should be fixed in 7 - 10 days. Also, when I call in to Equifax and I put in the requested information at each prompt - Then I am told they could not verify me and transferred me to a live person - who then re-verifies me and tells me about my Equifax credit report and then they will send me out a copy. XXXX XXXX also tried to pull up my Equifax credit report and it came up with no information - all zero 's Also, I had removed the freeze from my credit report and applied for credit and the creditor advised me that my Equifax credit report said I had no credit file, no credit score, limited credit experience and I was denied credit. As of today XXXX/XXXX/2021 - it still has not been fixed by Equifax and this concerns me because I have been the victim of identity thief earlier this year.
