I discovered inaccurate and incomplete information on my credit regarding this account. The account number in question begins with XXXX. I discovered that the account was not fully reporting correctly as it is incomplete and inaccurate. At which point I started a dispute with the credit bureaus in and around XX/XX/XXXX. In and around XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter stating this account has been verified. I asked for proof of verification including the specific person 's name, email, phone number, etc, who verified that the account is listed with 100 % Accurate and Complete Information as required by the FCRA. I never got a response to that request from the credit bureau. I mailed Pentagon Federal Credit Union directly on XX/XX/XXXX at the address of : Pentagon Federal Credit Union XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, VA XXXX Of which, as of today XX/XX/XXXX, I have received no response from Pentagon Federal Credit Union in writing. I then proceeded to do two other disputes with XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. In each dispute, the information returned as " The information you disputed has been verified as accurate. '' I sent another letter directly to Pentagon Federal Credit Union dated XX/XX/XXXX and still to this day, I have not received any verification or response. The issue is that Pentagon Federal Credit Union is in violation of FCRA by not ensuring the maximum possible accuracy that can be. I have highlighted, circled, bolded, drawn, and written out several violations that you continue to allow to be reported to my credit report. I am giving you one last opportunity here to do the correct these errors as I am prepared to file suit for the harm and stress this erroneous reporting has placed upon me and the lost opportunities that have come from it. I have attached many documents to this case for your examination. If taken the time to look through them, I am sure that you will easily find a host of FCRA violations as I have. I am requesting this account be deleted immediately and a deletion letter be forwarded to myself as soon as possible.
