There was a fraudulent account opened in my name through XXXX sometime around XX/XX/XXXX. I called XXXX about the fraudulent account and they were making it difficult to resolve the issue. With no other option I disputed the debt with XXXX credit and they deleted the fraudulent account from my credit report. On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX sends the account to Convergent Outsourcing for collections after XXXX deleted the fraudulent account. Convergent Outsourcing mailed me a notice of the collection a few weeks ago. I called them told them to stop harassing me since account is fraudulent and XXXX deleted the fraudulent account. Convergent Outsourcing has filed a debt collection on my credit report pertaining to the fraudulent account.
