On XX/XX/2021, while residing at the XXXX apartments, were constructively evicted as Retaliation for filing written complaints with their Management Company, " XXXX XXXX ''. We were evicted from Our HUD subsidized Apartment without any written notice or good cause, as pursuant to HUD Policy. In XXXX XXXX, a collection company, " Hunter & Warfield '' XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX FL XXXX has called, and mailed demands for {$360.00}. When in fact NO monies were owed, in addition XXXX XXXX Apartment and its Management Company has tried to extort {$680.00}. none of this so called money owed has been shared with HUD by the perpetrators. as a result, We were forced out of Our Housing during the Covid-19 Pandemic. it should be Noted We are XXXX Seniors, and denied the return of Our {$400.00}. deposit.
