I invested in Stellar Lumen ( SL ) using the Coinbase app on XX/XX/XXXX. Just as SL started to take off they locked my account for no reason in XX/XX/XXXX. I have filed multiple complaints and multiple cases but they reply they will get resolve it in 10 days or that I asked them to lock the account ( I did not ). It has been months and today my account should be worth {$22000.00} which I can not access or remove from their platform. It hasn't just been me, XXXX has a multitude of complaints with the same story. I just want to transfer to a trustworthy platform and get away from Coinbase. There is no phone number to call. The only number they have is XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX which is ONLY for their card customers. If you aren't in their system with a card, you are disconnected. There is no email address other than XXXX which constantly puts you off or tells you the case is closed. I complained to the Securities and Exchange Commission and they directed me to you.
