UWM Escrow department has made several errors on my Impounded Escrow Account forcing me to seek help and terminate my business with UWM. UWM continues to make misleading statements that are inaccurate based on the many recorded conversations and written forms of documentation. UWM had continued to punish me by continuing to take money from my impounded account and inaccurately disbursing it. I reached out to UWM Escrow Department several times as evident by the many many logged and recorded phone calls beseeching their help to fix their internal issues and correct my impounded account. After many promises and apologies for the almost a year 's worth of errors nothing was ever fixed again only apologies and asking for my continued patience while the issue is reviewed internally. UWM Stating each time UWM would pay me back for penalties that were not of my doing and fix the ongoing internal errors. This never happened. Please review all the recorded Phone calls that UWM has access too for validity of my statements and attachments. 1. UWM continued to take money out of my impounded escrow account and send the wrong amount to cover my property taxes not once but several times. As a result my property taxes were late both times in 2020, XXXX and XXXX UWM stated as can be confirmed by the many recorded phone calls that I would be reimbursed for these fees since they were not my fault but the ongoing error of the Escrow Department at UWM . Unfortunately a company representative claimed to have no record of the over 50 recorded phone calls made by myself stating to me that I would receive reimbursement for both late fees as a result of UWM Escrow Departments errors. Please see Attached. 2. UWM see Attached, lied and stated UWM was not aware of a discrepancy in tax amounts. Please see attached letter sent to UWM by County Tax Office who not only sent this letter but other forms of communication to allow UWM to correct their internal errors. So besides myself constantly calling on a recorded line other forms of communication were sent to UWM in an effort to help correct the mistake from UWM Escrow Department. 3. UWM constant errors forced me to close my impound account because in the middle of all the mistakes made on my impounded escrow account UWM choose to reassess my impound account and increased my payment over a thousand dollars a month until the internal error from the Escrow Department could be resolved during the upcoming year. This was unacceptable to me. 4. UWM forced me to refinance my Home Loan due all the internal errors from UWM causing my payment to increase over a thousand dollars monthly and in the process of doing so UWM legal department choose to provide inaccurate statements about my Home loan in an effort to force me to pay more interest to delay my loan. Please see attached. UWM denied such claim please see attached. 5. UWM took it upon themselves to pay more then one Insurance company claiming to be my Home insurance provider from my impounded escrow account. Not sure how this happened when my account showed first company and subsequent companies receiving payment from my impounded Escrow Account. UWM told me I had to call each company and request for reimbursement even though it was UWM who sent payments from my impounded escrow account. 6. How is it possible that UWM could make this many internal errors at my expense with no accountability, constant apologizes, statements asking for patience, all while being recorded and with written documentation to support my claims.
