I called the company ( Credit Acceptance Corporation ) about five years ago when I first notice that this fraudulent activity was on my report. I contacted the company and informed them that I never did business with them and if they could removed that from my credit report. I also informed them that I am a victim of identity theft. The company informed me that they will look into the situation and take care of it but never did. I have been disputing this activity for some time now and was told by the credit bureau that the company keep sending it back as accurate because it was being paid on. I explained to the credit bureau that whomever stole my identity was paying until they decided to stop and the company should understand that. I have done everything to prove to them that it is not mines and the company is still refusing to remove this account form my credit report.
