I went in to have some tests run at XXXX XXXX and they were given a list of tests to run by my surgeon for a XXXX clearance. They ran all of them but one test was the wrong type of test that I had already paid for. So they told me to come back in the next day at no charge to me since it was their mistake and get the correct test. Then XXXX XXXX started sending me bills. I called XXXX XXXX and they assured me I did not owe for this as it was THEIR mistake and they would notify XXXX XXXX as well. Now the account is in collections and damaging my credit when I NEVER owed it to begin with! This needs to be removed immediately!
