I applied for a vehicle loan at Carvana on XX/XX/XXXX. The next day I was advised that I just needed to have my Chapter XXXX dismissed and re-submit the application which I did on XX/XX/XXXX. When I went to re-submit, they were having technical issues that prevented the submission ( code 400 ). The customer advocate submitted a tech support ticket and the issue was resolve on XX/XX/XXXX. I successfully re-submitted as was told that I just need to submit additional documents by XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. At XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, I sent in the requested documents ( insurance affective for XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX income documents. ) At XXXX XXXX but was not able to delete the old documents, therefore having duplicate documents attached. I then contacted customer service to verify. Later that evening at the end of their business day, I received an email from underwriting stating that I DID NOT MEET THE DEADLINE. I contacted a customer advocate, supervisor and team leader who ALL stated that they did not see why the underwriter did not open the updated documents. I told them that it ha to be either more technical issues on their end or the underwriter was rushing to leave for the day. After escalating to management, I was reassured at XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX that " no worry-you will receive your vehicle on XX/XX/XXXX as expected ).
