On XX/XX/XXXX I finalized the purchase of a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX the XXXX XXXX Sport was delivered. Due to the delivery method, I scheduled to meet the delivery in an open parking lot. Upon driving the XXXX home ( about 1 mile ) I discovered the XXXX not to be blowing cool air. When attempting to park the XXXX in our driveway at home, the emergency break would not latch. I immediately emailed XXXX XXXX XXXX and reported the concerns ( including a flicking/non stable Radio system ). After a series of sent emails and minimal response, the XXXX is still in my driveway, parked, while an Auto Loan ( Capitol One Auto Finance ) is still seeking payment.
