I opened up a bank account on or about XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX shortly after i deposited 2 employment check one in the amount of {$3000.00} and my bf current employment check in the amount of {$490.00}, i had a usps money order i had purched so i also deposited that in the amount of {$990.00}. i with drew only {$100.00}, and within a day or so i went to the store and my bank card didnt work, so i called down to the bank since the customer service would not speak with me reguarding my own account. I took off work and went into the parlier ca # XXXX office to speak with the mamnager, he told me all my fund were no good and they were bad, i told him impossible because my bf emoyler i just got off the phone, and they are good plus my money order i purchese from the post office myself. He refuse to give me any print out or even the copy of the checks. later on that day i imeditaly started recieving notifacation that my acciunt was fundswere getting withdrew, i tried calling but customer service wouldnt talk to me about my account, yet i keep getting a statement showing funds being removed. how is that if my accountwas locked.. and if my checks were bad then why dont i owe the whole ammont but just {$1200.00}? I know this bank is doing something fraudly and took my hard earned money please help.
