I had 2 accounts with this company. I requested to have both accounts closed on XX/XX/2021, however, the company only closed one account while the other remained open. With the company sleeping one account opened, they incorrectly reported a 30-day delinquency on my report. I have called the company and was told that they would send an update to all 3 credit bureaus to update the account as closed and with no delinquencies. The company reported the accounts as closed, however, the delinquency remains on my report and this delinquency is preventing me from maintaining my home loan preapproval and I need it corrected IMMEDIATELY.
