Serious delinquency - I notified XXXX XXXX regarding covid relief last year with automatic payments during the months XXXX, XXXX, XX/XX/2020 are showing up late ... Equifax is still reporting this which is not valid, listing it as a 'serious delinquency. ' 2. Equifax is reporting I have high loan balances ... not true. Equifax states the remaining balance on my mortgage is 'relatively high ' ... .that is an opinion, not based in fact. I have a balance of XXXX XXXXXXXX on my mortgage paid down from XXXX XXXXXXXX ... XXXX XXXXXXXX in Connecticut for a 4 bedroom colonial home is NOT high. 3. Equifax is reporting too many accounts with high balances - NOT true. I have two credit cards with a combined credit limit of XXXX XXXXXXXX, and owe {$1500.00} on average ... that is NOT high. I have a student loan for my XXXX, which is XXXX XXXXXXXX and hasn't even started yet ... that's it ... that is not " too many ''! 4. Equifax reports " High Credit Usage '' - how can that be? my revolving credit is as I stated in 3, XXXX XXXXXXXX with a balance of just {$1500.00}!!!
