I have had a few installment accounts with XXXX and now a revolving account. I have been a loyal customer and have tried to rectify this to no solution with XXXX. I ended up submitting a complaint to the XXXX and have still had no solution. This actually lead to even worse and completely inaccurate information being reported on my credit reports. They are reporting that I was 60 days late in XXXX of XXXX, and another report states I was 60 days late in XXXX. I had automatic payments set up and they claim my payment on XXXX was denied by my bank. My bank states there was never a charge attempted by XXXX in XXXX of XXXX. Regardless if they attempted or not, I never received notification of this and when I logged in to make a purchase noticed and immediately paid in XXXX. Even despite the error in the payment system I could not have been 60 days late in XXXX nor XXXX if the XXXX payment didn't come out correctly. The XXXX payment was processed correctly and paid. So in XXXX it wouldn't have even been past due more than 4 days as they state it was due the XXXX and reported on the XXXX. So this information being reported is inaccurate. They have since now reported a late payment on this account in XXXX of XXXX, 3 months after this account was paid in full and closed. In addition to these NEW reporting errors they also opened a dispute on my credit report on their revolving account which has nothing to do with the complaint or any others I have made. I didn't open the dispute and now it's on my report affecting my credit and possibly my mortgage underwriting. So not only are they incorrectly reporting now they have opened a dispute on a completely different account! It's sad this is how good customers are treated.
