On XX/XX/XXXX I was made aware of a derogatory mark on my credit report XXXX XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX ) per XXXX. Upon further observation, this collection was paid in full on XX/XX/XXXX to Credit Management LP via XXXX XXXX. Credit Management LP has violated my rights as a consumer and I am requesting legal action to remove this collection account immediately. Debt was paid in full two years ago and has a {$0.00} balance but is still currently appearing on my credit score in collections and I wish to have this account taken off immediately. I have reached out to Credit Management LP in reference to the incident but havent received any feedback.
