TD Bank NA decides to close my account for digital fraud. I still have roughly XXXX in the account still and they have yet to cut me a check or wire it to me. Their reasoning was for not giving me back my money was I have to physically go to a branch to get back my money. I am not sure if TD knows but there is a global wide pandemic going on and traveling across countries is impossible. I was redirected to their " Demarketing '' Department but was left on voicemail every single time I call that line. They prompted me to tell them my reference number ( which I was never given and when requesting for one, they don't know what it is XXXX, my account number, phone number, and best time to contact me. I have provided them with all the information I can give, but to no avail, they have yet to contact me. I have tried emailing them, calling them, and even went to my local XXXX home branch to try resolving this issue but TD decides this was not worth their time. It has been almost a month and I have finally received a letter from their head office saying my account and relationship with them are closed.
