I had an account with credit karma money spend with no issues with direct deposits up until recently when they decided to send me an email regarding closing my accounts on the XXXX, within 6 minutes of that email my accounts were closed and I was awaiting a direct deposit of XXXX dollars into my spend account. I had that direct deposit sent on the XXXX and successfully processed on the XXXX of XXXX, account closed on the XXXX of XXXX and now I have been back and forth with credit karma and the sender as well as mvb bank who processes payments for credit karma and no one can give me any answers about where the money is or when Ill get it. In fact nobody can find the information, the sender has sent it and I have the transaction id number but it still cant be found. I am beyond frustrated at this point and wish I had Been given at least time to change bank info before they closed account. I recently lost my father and this money will help with funeral costs but with no idea when Ill actually receive it, Im in a tight spot now.
