I have disputed the value of the bpo given by Mr.coopers representative for months. I have now as of last week requested a full Appraisal on the home and come today XXXX. I was told that no new evaluation of the home can be done for 120 days from the first evaluation. They ( Mr.cooper ) Continue to give the run around and do not have their customers best interest in mind.
