I am being taken advantage of by the Bureau Equifax and the creditors, I have spoke with all companies involved in this matter of unauthorized inquiries being placed on my consumer file. I spoke with representatives from Equifax and the creditors who are responsible for those unauthorized inquiries on different occasions to get this issue fixed and they all are lying to me. Equifax told me by phone that I need to contact the creditors who placed the inquires on my consumer file and tell them to write requesting them to remove the inquiries. I also contacted the creditors that placed the hard inquires on my credit file and was told by representatives that the Bureaus are responsible for reporting and have the authority to remove the inquiries from my credit report. I am being taken advantage of as a consumer and being lied to by all parties involved and I am seeking litigation because of the FCRA laws state that information that is inaccurate and unverified has to be removed from one 's credit report and Equifax is reporting Inquiries that do not belong to me nor have open accounts with any of the creditors that has reported that to the bureaus. This is fraudulent, I am totally in distressed and very harmed by this matter, I feel I am being ignored.
