Information shall be excluded from credit report 15 usc 1681 ( c ) ( a ) 15 usc 1681 b Permissible Purpose : permission before pulling my credit. I didnt give anyone permissible purpose to pull my credit nor did I write a written statement for any bureau to allow someone to pull my credit. Is there any written documents or letter that shows a signature of my name stating I am giving anyone permission to pull, looks or touch my credit profile? By you allowing anyone to pull my credit without my consent that is a violation. I XXXX XXXX has found that Equifax has violated my rights as a consumer. I viewed my credit profile and notice several improper usage that took place. I am notifying Equifax that I am sending a warning with a Letter of Intent certified in the mail and I will take action to litigate this matter immediately. 1. Pursuant 15 usc 1681 ( c ) ( a ) 2. Pursuant 15 usc 1681 b. I did not provide Equifax nor any debtor permission to view, pull or place any information on to my credit report. I am the original creditor. I didnt personally contact Equifax through mail with no documents stating that I am allowing my credit profile to be viewed or pull for any extension of credit with XXXX XXXX Legally I must send in a legal document stating that I am allowing permission but I never did and Equifax does not have a legal documents with my signature stating such fact. I am seeking compensation for damages youve cost for years. The accounts that is listed on my credit report XXXX XXXX XX/XX/2017 which I didnt give anyone debtor nor credit bureau permission to pull my credit. I have attached the images along with documents of an invoice for compensation of damages. We can settle this out of court and I am only allowing 5 calendar days for this information to be removed immediately and permanently. If for any reason my credit report is used without my permission in the future I will file a law suit triple the amount of compensation I will be seeking. I am only allowing 72 hrs for deletion due to violation of Pursuant 15 usc 1681.
