I mailed my fraud identity dispute with the FTC report, notarized affidavit and a police report and XXXX and Experian are still reporting information from the result of fraud. Their response to my previous complaint states they are still working on it ; however, the FCRA 605B ( 15 U.S.C. 1681c-2 states the information should be blocked within 4 days. As you can see, this investigation has taken over a year and I keep getting the same response this account is verified. Well XXXX and Experian are in violation at this point and they wont even send me the documents or details that they have to keep verifying these fraudulent accounts. I feel like my disputes are being handled by a machine and they are not following the rules which prevents me from having a fair investigation. I demand proof and to have the accounts listed in the dispute blocked immediately, all 3 bureaus have had much more than 4 days to block this information and finish their investigation. I followed the rules and so should they or there will be a lawsuit filed if I receive the same response again.
