I redeemed reward points for a {$100.00} gift card for XXXX XXXX. I received confirmation that the gift card shipped but I never received it. I contacted American Express and they told me the problem was that they didnt have my town listed on the address where they sent the gift card. They indicated that they would send a new one. I never received it so again I called American Express. They verified my address and then said they would conduct an investigation. Today I reviewed a letter saying that unfortunately, your point redemption is final, and therefore the gift card is not eligible for return. I am not trying to return a gift card. I am trying to receive what I was promised. Im sure they can confirm that the gift card was never used.
