Trans union does not provide due process when I initiated a dispute. I initiated a dispute with transunion XX/XX/2021 and they closed it XX/XX/2021 without submitting it to XXXX XXXX. And the reason they avoided due process is because the computer picked up dispute as being the same. I spoke with felicity in the credit department and she assured me the 30 day late in the month of XX/XX/2021 would be removed. Transunion is supposed to provide me with the steps they took to investigate my dispute. XXXX understands I was XXXX positive. I had a stop payment connected to my accounts that shouldnt have been placed in the month of XX/XX/2021. didnt know whether I would be alive XX/XX/2021 but I made it. My power of attorney paid all my bills. XXXX at XXXX XXXX understood this. I reached out to Transunion to start the dispute and they refused to contact XXXX at XXXX XXXX to determine how XXXX XXXX would accommodate me the month I was XXXX XXXX positive and trying to live. Transunion hasnt taken the correct steps up with XXXX XXXX So my credit report can reported correctly.
