Ive send letters to the companies and they have not responded, legally the bureaus have 30 days to respond and they have not provided validation nor authentication of anything, I am extremely concerned they are reporting fraudulent information on my credit report, and not complying as per the FCRA, the bureaus are under breach of the law. I have not supplied proof under the doctrine of estoppel by silence, Engalhardt v. Gravers ( Mo ) 281 SW 715, 719. I may presume that no proof of the alleged debt, nor therefore any such debt, in fact exists. Please remove all fraudulent inquiries and accounts as I have no knowledge of any of these accounts due to the XXXX data breach/ identity theft, all is being investigated by the FTC . According to FCRA 6058 this information must be blocked immediately until the investigation is over.
