XX/XX/XXXX I began sending money to a company called XXXX. It was sent from my bank, Great Western Bank to XXXX XXXX out of New York. XXXX XXXX then sent it on to XXXX via a service called XXXX. They were supposedly investing my money into Bitcoin. From XX/XX/XXXX until XXXX or XX/XX/XXXX I sent {$43000.00}. My account was growing rapidly up to $ XXXX by XX/XX/XXXX. Now I tried to begin withdrawing some of my money. At first they gave me the run around. Then they stopped communication all together. Subsequent efforts to withdraw money made it apparent that XXXX was a fake company. A company called " XXXX '' tells me that the bank as well as XXXX XXXX had a responsibility to protect me from the {$43000.00}. XXXX denies any responsibility and so does the bank. I have sent letters of request to the bank and to XXXX with no results. I will try to upload a copy of a letter sent to my bank.
