Good morning, I have been having a problem with an item that appears on my credit credit report for over 2 years now. A Company called XXXX XXXX Is being reported negative about me on my credit report. I had account with them in XX/XX/XXXX To XXXX of XXXX which was paid in full and is reported correctly, However there is another account that was opened XX/XX/XXXX and had become closed and charged off in XX/XX/XXXX with first late payments being reported in XXXX of XXXX. This account the one from XXXX of XXXX is not mine!!! I never had a second account with XXXX XXXX Yet it has been being reported on my 3 major credit reports negativly about me for over 2 years and its not mine and I keep disputing this item I contacted them I was told they moved or switched companies basically I got the run around! I need help because I dispute over and over and over with the 3 credit compaines XXXX XXXX XXXX Experian and month after month same thing nothing happens I get stuck with it on my credit report and I shouldnt have to wait 7 years for something that isnt mine please help me!! I have relatives that Have same exact first and last name as me one who was in prison and lived with me briefly then had his own place he could have used my name not sure but not me please help! As this stupid thing is hurting my chances of bettering my life post divorce with buying a houst getting 18 % interest on a car loan this account isnt mine I paid a XXXX XXXX XXXX for months and they string it along for the money Im to the point where I am ready to give up pls help me??!!!
