XX/XX/2021 The VA loan that I applied for was first a construction loan to build an XXXX home and then turned into a conventional loan a month after the house was completed which occurred on XXXX, XXXX 2021. Then, the mortgage payments started on XX/XX/2021 Prior to the transition to a conventional loan from a construction loan, I asked GSF on several occasions over the phone that I would want to put down money to lower my monthly payments. I was informed that, I would be able to do this at a later date in the loan process. Also prior to doing a buy down to lower my interest from XXXX to XXXX, I once again asked if I could give the additional money then to lower my monthly payments and GSF said, '' No, '' that I would be able to do that transaction at a later date. After the loan transitioned from a construction to a conventional, once again I spoke to them to put down additional funds to lower my monthly payments. At this point, I was told that, I could put down additional funds but, my monthly payments would not be lowered, only the principal would be lowered.
