I explained to Midland Credit Management, on a recorded line, that I was part of the Class Action Lawsuit against XXXX XXXX ( XXXX vs XXXX XXXX Class Action Lawsuit ) where as XXXX XXXXXXXX was to have all debts removed from all three credit bureaus, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. They were not to sell our information to third parties anymore. This debt that Midland have is not mine and the date open they have is incorrect ( XX/XX/2020 ) and the amount is fraudulent, this is a fraudulent account, and I will hire an attorney and sue them and XXXX XXXX if they don't remove this from all three credit bureaus agencies.
