On XX/XX/2021 an order was placed on XXXX with the order subsequently being shipped to the provdided address. On XXXX, XXXX I received a notification of a case being opened through Paypal, XXXX XXXX payment processing company, due to " the buyer stated that they did not receive their merchandise. '' Proof of delivery was provided and was logged on XXXX On XX/XX/XXXX I received an email, again from paypal that " We're happy to confirm that the following transaction was covered under Seller Protection because you met the PayPal Seller Protection requirements. '' Today, on XX/XX/XXXX, I received notification that again " The buyer stated that they did not receive their merchandise. '' and " We were unable to verify the delivery information you provided. '' USPS tracking is only good for 120 days so, of course, the will not be able to verify delivery any longer. Paypal has closed my account and threatened my credit score due to the actions of a perpetrator of mail fraud ( I personally know two others that have had claims on them by the same user ) that continues to do business on XXXX
