I submitted a a dispute to XXXX I contacted Southwest medical collection agency by email and by mail several times in reference to my collections account listed on my credit report. I also contacted the original creditor in reference to the account ad my insurance company. I had a redetermination ran through my insurance company and the claim reprocessed I also had a my credit card set up after the claim was complete in order to ensure that the claim was paid. Southwest collections was informed this information as well as the original creditor My insurance company reprocessed the claim and then processed my health card for payment I informed the company they the reported the collections account as paid. This account should not have been in collections! This was a insurance issue needing to be handled in which it was handled by insurance, They still are reporting it when it was paid by insurance payment on XXXX. I have reach out the them several times to have this removed from my account. They do not respond, they don't send what is in the credit profile that they are reporting to the bureaus. The credit bureaus are claiming this account is verified after sending in the facts that this account is reporting they are not sending the information as well. This account is considered FRAUD I do not have a contract stating I owed them anything. They don't respond to nothing I send to them they ignore messages. How is this account verified and I don't have a contract with them? How can this be reporting and they aren't responding when I ask what documents they are sending or they have.
