Hello my name is XXXX, I have been working with this company for 7 years, I am very happy with your services. My account is : CAPITAL ONE BANK USA NA, Account number : XXXX Date Opened : XXXX XXXX, XXXX ( 6 yrs, 7 mos ), Credit limit : {$25000.00}, Account status : Open, Type Business : Credit Card. I've never been late ; I have a good payment history that endorses my claims. I was on auto pay, but the Capital one system never allowed for auto pay to be set for minimum payment, the auto pay instead just had to be set to an amount I had to keep on changing as the minimum payment changed. Then Finally when I didnt get internet access, the Capital One account was locked, I tried to get Capital One to send website log, and Capital One has refused to do so. I have been through a lot or this late payment on my credit reports. This matter has a simple solution. I am requesting that Capital one deletes/corrects the XX/XX/XXXX late payment from my account and a notice sent to the credit bureaus. I believe that we can continue to work together and continue our fruitful relationships. I would be happy and grateful if you could give me a positive response on this matter. Thank you.
