It was time for an upgrade on my account so we went in to get new phones. We went in on Thursday and their system was not fully processing the phones so they asked us to come back the next day. We came back the next day ( Friday ) and their system was still down. So we went back on Monday and still nothing so we returned the 2 phones we did get and canceled the 3rd phone request. I paid my last bill in FULL and went with XXXX. I then recieved a bill for the 3rd phone that we NEVER recieved. I tried going into the store they told I had to call. I tried calling customer support they promised to fix it but never did. I very much care about my credit but I NEVER got the phone. I never even got it. This is not ok. You expect us as customers to pay our bill then as a customer I expect you to do the right thing and not cahrge me for something I never recieved.
