XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX HI XXXX CONSUMER FINANCIAL PROTECTION BUREAU XX/XX/2021 To whom it may concern : An account with CONVERGENT OUTSOURCING has recently appeared on my credit report without me having received a call or any notice. I've never done any business with this company for them to make an alleged claim of me owing them any money. On XX/XX/2021 I sent them a letter requesting their basis of their alleged claim by showing proof of my signature on the original contract to which if they could not provide this proof to delete from my credit reports however, they have yet to respond and at the same time are still reporting this alleged debt on my credit report to the credit reporting agencies which effecting my credit. Please assist. Thank you for your help and understanding.
