Consumer Narrative
I have a bank account with Discover bank and applied for a credit card. I was approved for {$10000.00} but they were unable to verify the tax form I was filling out online. I was not able to access the card, use card or access card online. Now, Im receiving notice of a {$1500.00} balance. How can I have a balance when I am not able to use the card until you could verify, which never happened?
