I am not sure what happened to cause XXXX XXXX XXXX Bank to approve a credit card with my personal information. I've been trying to get this off my credit for almost 7 years with no success. I filed a police report years ago but this is still on my credit report. On several occasions, I've asked XXXX to provide evidence of who may have opened the account so that I can give it to the police but they have not sent me any evidence ever. No matter how many times I have asked for valid proof I was only supplied with a copy of a bill. Per the credit reporting agencies XXXX, XXXX, and Transunion the {$8900.00} debt is going to fall off in XXXX of XXXX, however it should have never been on my credit report. It appears the account was opened in XXXX of XXXX. I have never used my Nevada state ID, Social Security #, Name, DOB, and any other personal information to open an account with XXXX XXXX XXXX Bank XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have been trying to get this account off my credit for over 7 years. I filed FTC Report Number XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX but it did not resolve the issue. Per the FDCPA it is scheduled to fall off my credit report in XXXX of XXXX, however it should have never been on my credit report at all. This account appears to have been opened around the same time that I was applying for home loans and bought my house.
