On XX/XX/2021 I had a ppp loan deposit sent to my capital one 360 savings account the ppp loan was approved by the sba and fountainhead the lender I tried to initiate a wire transfer of the funds out of my capital one account and my account was froze so when I contacted the capital one customer security team I was informed they had to investigate my ppp loan so I sent capital one fraud department all the paperwork to prove it was not obtained fraudulent on XX/XX/XXXX my funds were still unavailable for with draw and capital one accepted the 2nd draw payment in my account and determined that I was not eligible for ppp funds my loan was not with capital one and they have no legal grounds to make me ineligible for a loan that was approved and funded by someone else I have been speaking with the capital one fraud department since XX/XX/XXXX trying to get access to my money so I can stay in compliance with the rules set forth by the government for ppp funds
