I have attempted to address this matter in the most amicable manner. I sent the enclosed statement ( included on the bottom of the email ) on XX/XX/XXXX and your company failed to address this matter. Today is XX/XX/2021 and you are still clearly avoiding to correct your mistake. I sent a dispute letter which was received by your company on XX/XX/2021. Your response was dated XX/XX/2021 which is more than the allowed time frame allowed by the FCRA, therefore I demand that you remove the information from my credit report immediately. If you fail to fulfill my request and if you continue to flagrantly violate the FCRA I will pursue legal action against your company. XX/XX/2021 To Whom it May Concern, This letter is a formal notice that GENERAL REVENUE CORP has failed to respond to my dispute letter of ( XX/XX/2021 ). I sent this letter registered mail and have enclosed a copy of the return receipt which was signed by was signed for by XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2021 in XXXX XXXX XXXX The item was signed for by XXXX XXXX. ( Tracking # Tracking Number : XXXX ) As you are well aware, federal law requires Creditors to respond within 30 days. It has now been over that period since the receipt of my letter. Obviously, I am maintaining detailed records of all my correspondence with GERNERAL REVENUE CORP I have included a copy of my original request, the dated receipt of your reception of the original letter and a copy of the proof verifying the incorrectness of the credit item you have mistakenly placed on my records.
