I take no responsibility for this debt! It is unknown to me. This company has been sending correspondence to me from at least XXXX threatening wage garnishment for a debt ( again that I did not incur ) that according to their paperwork dates back to XXXX! That is past the statute of limitations if read the law correctly. I have a fine relationship with the bank they are claiming to represent and there is no evidence of this account on my credit reports. Each time they send me a letter I reply back not just to them but to the county clerk via certified mail which is costing me my hard earned money. I received letters from Selip & Stylianou in XXXX XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and most recently XX/XX/XXXX in the amounts of {$6700.00}, {$7000.00}, and {$6900.00} respectively.
