Ive been a loyal chime customer for quite some time but recently they sent me a two day notice that they would be closing my account. Now theyre has been no fraud in my account of any sort, my sister died a few days ago and I need my account but instead they are closing my account. When emailing and calling Chime no one could give me any reason on why my account is suddenly being closed which is ridiculous. I mean literally the support person told me for security reasons she couldnt tell me why my account was being closed but yet my account is being closed. Chime is a joke, please dont bank with them. I hear they are randomly closing a lot of accounts and oh its system generated so you have absolutely no control on trying to get it to stay.
