I use the Experian Credit monitoring tool to keep track of my Experian credit report as I have been trying to fix my credit. Yesterday I applied for credit with a company who uses experience as well and the credit report and score pulled by the company did not match the score in my Experian app. I was denied for credit and told that my score was 100 points lower than the score that is populated in the credit monitoring app how is this possible? What is the point of offering a tool to help consumers keep track of their credit score and report if the information displayed within the app is incorrect by more than 100 points I feel as though I am being victimized by the credit consumer agencies as Ive done everything possible to try to get my score high and they keep bringing me down to a lower score what else can I do to improve my credit? Why do you the CFPB allow these companies to take advantage of people with a lower credit score how are they monitored? Every time II have submitted a complaint you guys do nothing so I will keep filing complaints until I get a real answer
