I received a notice via the CFPB from your firm stating that my complaint requesting the erroneous, inaccurate, and incomplete items on my report to be deleted was not me. I have a legitimate complaint that you are knowingly reporting false, inaccurate incomplete, and unverifiable information on my credit report. I have brought it to your attention now 3 time. I expect this matter to get resolved immediately. The items you are reporting are completely inaccurate and incomplete and unverifiable ; and this is a very serious error in reporting on your part. Please delete the misleading information ASAP, and provide a corrected copy of my credit profile to all creditors who have received a copy with in the last 6 months or the last 2 years for employment purposes. This false information reflecting on my credit profile is causing me mental, physical and emotional stress and is effecting my health. I expect this matter to be resolved immediately. If it is not I will be forced to seek further assistance from the FTC, XXXX, and my states Attorney Generals Office. You have had 30 days to complete your investigation, and you have failed to respond with in that given amount of time. Be advised that the description of the procedure used to determine the accuracy and completeness of the information is hereby requested as well. The date of my first letter complaint wasXX/XX/2021. To date you have failed to follow the rules set out by the fair credit reporting act.
