The date of my first letter complaint wasXX/XX/2021. I sent a letter regarding inaccurate and unknown things on my credit report. OnXX/XX/XXXX I filed my first complaint with the CFPB due to the non response from your company. Since then I have received a notice from the CFPB that you stated that you think that my complaint was filed by someone other than my self. This is false and untrue. My complaints with your company are 100 % done by me. I have a legitimate complaint that you are knowingly reporting false, inaccurate incomplete, and unverifiable information on my credit report. I have brought it to your attention now 3 time. I expect this matter to get resolved immediately. The listed item is completely inaccurate and incomplete, and is a very serious error in reporting. Please delete this misleading information, and supply a corrected credit profile to all creditors who have received a copy within the last 6 months, or the last 2 years for employment purposes. Additionally, please provide the name, address, and telephone number of each credit grantor or other subscriber. You have had 30 days to complete your investigation, and you have failed to respond with in that given amount of time. Be advised that the description of the procedure used to determine the accuracy and completeness of the information is hereby requested as well. This is my 2nd and final attempt to get this matter resolved. My 1st attempted complaint was sent to the CFPB XX/XX/21. Any further attempts will include additional complaints to the XX/XX/XXXX, FTC as well as my States Attorney General.
