There is something deeply nefarious happening with this company. On XX/XX/XXXX I tried to log into the app to check my account. I wasnt able to so I contacted their customer service who sent me an email with the steps to log in and reactivate my account. I dont understand why it was deactivated to begin with. It didnt work. I then called, spoke to customer service, same thing. I called back, they had a supervisor contact me with steps to log on - still nothing. Then they tell me they need a a photo of a government issued ID - a passport or drivers license to verify my ID. This was bizarre because NO credit provider requests such a thing. This company has my bank information and is billing automatic charges on my account - yet Im not able to access anything. I have called, I have emailed, I keep getting the same email with directions that dont work. Ive been getting the run around since XX/XX/29. I have a huge paper trail of everything. I want this resolved ASAP.
