I am XXXX XXXX. i'VE ATTACHED my social security card for verification purpose ( SSN : XXXX ) .I really need your help. my identity was stolen. now accounts are being started using my personal information.I filed a FTC REPORT ALREADY ( report # XXXX ). Please remove all fraudulent accounts as I have no know of any of these accounts due to the Equifax data breach/ identity theft. All is being investigated by the FTC and CFPB. According to FCRA 605B this information must be blocked immediately until the investigation is over. I did not consent to, authorize nor benefit from any of the following inquiries or accounts. Block and remove them. I identify all the inquiries and accounts listed below as to be a result of identity theft, therefore they should be removed from my account no later that 4 days of receiving this complaint.15 U.S. Code 1681c2 defines as a Block of information resulting from identity theft Also I have not supplied proof under doctrine of estoppel by silence, Engelhardt V. Gravens ( MO ) 281 SW715, 719, I presume that no proof of The alleged debt, Nor therefore any such debt, in fact exist. This agency is in violation of 15 USC 1692g Because they were to notify me of this in writing 5 days prior, I was not. As the original creditor, only I can validate this debt.
