Capital one fails to process " correction of error '' as a standard for actual damages which cost me increased in denial to close on recent mortgage, lost of XXXX money of {$7500.00} and other caused my credit score drop significantly. when I expressed to capital one that they are exhibiting abuse of power knowing that I never received the card, no knowledge of terms of agreement of any annual fee, card was never activated, non receipt of any statements yet they placed the master card allegedly opened in XX/XX/XXXX of {$300.00} limit now negatively reporting sporadic late entries on my credit for months upon months for annual fees, late fees and interest for deceptive and false reporting. I learned of this issue in XX/XX/XXXX of the issue as i was not aware of this account reporting on me due to i have other accounts with capital one. Capital one is truly and the only one that reaped all the benefits of getting money deceptively from me while i as the consumer suffers reducing credit scores,, lost of {$7500.00} for earnest money in not able closing a mortgage loan due to that account reporting negatively and ongoing risks of high interest rates. The deceptive behavior of all at capital one continues to harm me. Not only has Capital one failed to conduct ethically under the guidelines of the FCRA but Capital one has willfully violated TILA and regulation Z 12 CFR 1026.9 - Subsequent disclosure requirements and only continues to act unfair and deceptive. Capital one agents expressed and promised to remove all fees and negative reports due to the facts of my having no knowledge of this card and told me to just pay AND THEY WOULD DELETE ACCOUNT. the ONLY OTHER legit cards that used with a master card of capital one as i was an authorized user opened in XXXX for limit of {$300.00} only other legal cards I have is the {$500.00} limit MC opened in XXXX card master card with capital one. I have been only abused and only received unfair and deceptive conduct from Capital one of all this false AND DECEPTIVE reporting.
