For the last month I have call to American Express 6 times, today was the last one. I received an offered from the American Express customer service representative, to add an additional car member at no cost. As I have my sister in XXXX its a good idea to give her a card so I eliminate the transfer from here. But since I ordered the card have been a mission to create an online account for her to give her access. Whenever I call they tell me that shes the one who has to call. So she call from XXXX to the international number and no answer at all. I call and I got another American Express number to call from XXXX and they told my sister that I am the only one that can make that call. I have to call again and its not posible to help me because she is not in the call. I add her to the call and she authorized me to call on her behalf, as when I put her on the call it cost me a lot of money because its and international call. Previous representative stated that he put on the system that I can speak on her behalf. Today she tried to get access to the online account and still not able to do it. I call one more time and they said that if she is not on the phone they cant help me even when there is a notation on her profile authorizing me to speak on her behalf. Waiting for the last representative to verify the authorization I have to hear that American Express have got the Jd Pawer reward. I am frustrated and extremely disappointed with their service. XXXX
