I am facing extreme financial hardship in medical problems. I had spoke to one main financial multiple times to try to assist me. Every time I call them I am giving the runaround.. I try to ask for different programs that they might offer that will allow me to reconstruct the loan where it's more affordable for me to pay and lower down the interest rate. Each time I'm not provided the necessary assistance in order to help me. It seems like I've been paying all this time in the payments are not even going anywhere. It seems like nothing 's actually going to principal. When covid hit. I was furloughed for my job. During all those months it was a extremely difficult. Even though I had returned back to work, the company has not been fully operational back to the way it should be. Still I'm not getting the required hours. They had multiple cuts across the board.
